Continuing with the Celebration of Welsh Food, the Llugwy River Restaurant has taken a new stride forward in 2018.

The Llugwy was awarded its first rosette in 2003 and since taking over as Head Chef in 2017, Sam Plester, has combined her love of local produce and fusion cuisine to offer a cross site menu which covers the Grill and the Llugwy River Restaurant.

Alongside her exceptional cooking talent and new style of menu, she and Catering Manager Paul Adams are also delivering the new BespOAK pop-up Events – which celebrate local producers, seasonality, food theatre and the teams love of travel.

Paul honed his talents alongside some big names within the industry, fuse that with Sam’s natural flair and you can look forward to some extraordinary events alongside the delicious seasonal menus this year!

If you happen to be here on a Sunday then the team heartily recommend Sunday Lunch in the Llugwy and if you can’t make up your mind what to order then try the sharing platter – especially made for two!
