Llanfairfechan

Llanfairfechan lies on the north coast of Wales, on the route of the A55 road, between Penmaenmawr and Bangor and is a charming Victorian seaside town. It has a long sandy beach which is overlooked by the Penmaenmawr Mountain, creating a dramatic backdrop. Llanfairfechan has many of the features typical of a small seaside resort, including a promenade, pavilion, beach shops and entertainment, as well as some pubs, beach cafés and restaurants, a hotel and a range of quality fish and chip shops and takeaways. Free parking is plentiful, and Llanfairfechan is a great place for bird watching, with the promenade being a good place to spot many seabirds and waterfowl.
